Life loves to eat compounds with carbon in them. C-C bonds, not so much.

No word on the energy needed to clean the graphene filter once it's clogged. This isn't a complete system. Looks like just a concept. Too, as noted in other threads here; graphene is easiest constructed in small flakes--not huge sheets. For this to work you need sheets.

I'd be interested to see the patent app. Once supposes L-M field or they would not have gone public. Do they have the equipment necessary to construct huge sheets of continuous graphene? and is there a project underway to replace/clean etc. the graphene filters?
