Haven't our mandarins noticed that new business starts have essentially stopped? Or maybe they are too important to have noticed such mundane merchantile affairs.

Looks like the Chinese are trying to give the Brits a little payback.

Drugs and drug stories seem to get "it is worse than we thought" when ever the Feds take an interest. And of course our media takes its marching orders from..... Then they become the "worst scourge known to man".
And then the criminals get in to the act to make sure kids with cash can get what ever they want. And the biggest suppliers currently? Mom's medicine chest. And other diversions. As long as every one gets their cut - the pharma companies, the pharmacies, the lawyers, the prison industrial complex, police, etc. all is well. Except for the users who need medical attention more than prison.
Nice seeing the Chinese in on the act. Why shouldn't they profit? Every one else does.
