I'm so out of it re: popular culture. So I looked up Paxilon Hydrochlorate
G-23 Paxilon Hydrochlorate or "Pax" (Latin for "Peace") was a chemical compound added to the air processors in order to pacify the populace, by the Union of Allied Planets. They're discontinuing water floridation in Ontario, so I guess people in Toronto will be gettin all rebellious. Apparently many European countries have also scrapped floridation, I wonder if they cross reference to the EU protest regions.
