Somebody should translate and send them the US Army training mauals and CIA books on improvised weapons. Also some of the stuff the British came up with for WW2. Put a sheil on the mortar thing and you have a classic spigot gun.

That's all and fine until some day down the road you find your own nation against these very same rebels, kinda like Afghanistan
