That may be your trouble, Skippy. You don't know how to manage eye witness testimony, even when it is verified by a TV news crew and concerns a daily event happening for months. There is enough evidence here to have a man hanged. That doesn't mean we know what it is, but it is certainly not a rocket, an RC aircraft, a bird, a plane, a bit of junk floating in the air, etc.
What have these people really witnessed? They have witness blurry smudges flirring around on video. They have NOT seen it with their naked eyes.
Also the TV cameraman only cought it flirring by once.
Another thing that is interesting:
At about 1.36 into the first video, you can see two birds coming into the frame. Compare their speed to the speed of the UFO. IMHO they dont appear to be THAT much slower. Since this is the video made by the "private" observer, it suggests to me that maybe the video had been accelerated to speed things up?
I have seen video before where bugs were zipping around close to a video camera, and at the same time the camera itself was moving while held in the hand. It looked very similar to what I saw in a quick look at the one video.
I have not seen the other, nor watched the posted one in full yet.
I guess I should.

well, alright. I watched the whole thing. I think it is small bugs close to the camera. THat would explina no eyeball, and "fast" & amazing maneuver.

GIT,
Didn't say I was the only answer, just said what I thought it looked like.
Take a step back, put away your Star Trek Phaser, and watch it again with an open mind.
It looks like bugs to me. Small, close up to the lens, and zipping around.
Whatever. Bugs or not, if they really want to talk to you, I am sure they will eventually call your cell.

I think this is why you need to be able to take the camera man at his word. We don't know what the aperture was like. Most often on days like this, it is open enough that there is little depth of field and anything close to the lens will be invisible. We don't know how the camera was set. The cameraman does.

GIT, I have been in the film industry for a while and a lot of camera men working for small local news stations wouldnt be able to tell you what they are seeing there.
I think that it is not a good idea to base your conclusions on the opinion of a cameraman.
Also, what about the birds?
Gees, what, did people's IQ's suddenly all drop? What bird that ever lived could possibly do what you see on that vid?
This is why when the news people say "it is not birds or insects' you should take them at their word.
As far as deciding professional cameramen don't know their trade, I think you have to be a moron to believe such a thing, and again, strictly so you can hold onto your preconceptions.
I'm not saying what it is, but it seems plain to me what it is not.

I meant the two (obvious) birds flying from right to left in the bottom 3rd of the video at 1 min 36 secs. As I said before. These look like two birds. Check their speed compared to the UFO. They are slower, but not by much.
I've known alleged professionals in my own field with very narrow scopes of competence. I find it very believable that a cameraman couldn't reliably identify something out of focus zipping around the field of view.
If the object in question was out of focus while the rest of the field was in focus, that would argue for a small object close in.
Honestly, when a TV news crew does an investigation and catches the thing on vid, they have it analyzed by an expert, and they go out of their way to say it is definitely NOT a bird or a bug; to then decide from the tiny bit posted that you think it was a bird or a bug makes you sound like an ass.
Skepticism is a tool, not a proper position on life, and when you make these kinds of statements, you sound like an ass.

So if it is zipping around above a residential neighbourhood, as it allegedly does, why has noone there reported it? No matter how fast it moves, people would be seeing it from that close up and they would most certainly hear it!
Also and now for the 3rd fraking time: WHAT ABOUT THE BIRDS??!!
Oh and please give me a break regarding news teams. You are behaving as if news reporters have never reported any bogus, ever. The expert was soso. I would have called him a "professional".
Also, they should have brought in someone who concerns himself with debunking UFOs. These people are really good at analyzing video and looking for clues. Of course they would not do that...

The object is too fast to be seen with the naked eye, and it is not a bird.
It is (allegedly) to fast to be seen with the naked eye from that great of a distance as it was (allegedly)filmed from!!! It would be very easily be visible to the naked eye when up close (like from right below). It would also be very hearable.
But you seem to be the one with the reading comprehension!
You also were unable to read what I said 3 times!!! I did not say that the object was a bird, I was pointing out the two birds flying in from the right in the lower 3rd of the screen about 1 minute 36 seconds in. Have you seen them? Compare their speed to the object!!
I've already explained why that is unnecessary, Skippy. I think you need to be more careful with your meds. You're no longer sounding in any way rational.
