Hi guys, Im new in this forum.
This is my first thread. I searched about this matter and I haven't found any threads so here I ask:
I have seen some of you talking about reflecting X rays to the plasma in order to take profit of that radiation. But I have not seen any people talking to convert x-rays to electricity instead.
Would be possible to do this using the photoelectric effect?
Thanks

IIRC, Lawrenceville Plasma Physics, under Eric Learner, has a patent on a multi-layer or "onion" shaped X-ray converter for their Focus Fusion approach. You can see a graphic of it at the top of the page here: http://lawrencevilleplasmaphysics.com/i ... &Itemid=80
Though they patented it, I don't think they've had reason to build one yet.
