I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than those attending too small a degree of it. - Thomas Jefferson
It Is Not Us Control Freaks Who Have A Problem
It is the people who won't be controlled who have the problem.
--- A Common sentiment among a certain cohort around here.
I am amused. Especially in a country that was born in Liberty.

Tommy Jeff was also an enthusiast of the early French Revolution, so his judgment is shall we say... questionable.MSimon wrote:I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than those attending too small a degree of it. - Thomas Jefferson

Of course you have a problem Simon. It's admitting you have a problem that is the first step to getting healthy.
You're a drug addict and a parasite on society. You need to quit the drugs, get some self respect and get a job. Until you do, no one in their right mind will take you seriously, no matter how many psycho posts you make. You have a failed life and are in no position to make any sort of recommendations to others.

Well I dunno. Your drug of choice seems to be anger. Lots of drug addicts make their own. Most bodies do that. That is the meaning of receptors.GIThruster wrote:Of course you have a problem Simon. It's admitting you have a problem that is the first step to getting healthy.

The people you are angry with have bodies that do not produce enough drugs to keep the receptors mostly filled. Genetically caused BTW.
So you favor genetic discrimination.
Fortunately your kind is dying out. And also you are currently in the minority on the subject. And the old "drug addict" epithet no longer carries the weight it once did.
And the parasite thingy? Who pays you to write? And the money I currently get was earned. I'm sorry it is the government paying me back. But I'm working to change that. Keep your eye on http://www.ecnmag.com/tags/Blogs/M-Simon/ to watch it evolve.

Its the elevated and respectful tone of the conversation here that keeps me coming back.GIThruster wrote:Of course you have a problem Simon. It's admitting you have a problem that is the first step to getting healthy.

I'm far from pure myself, but... *sigh*
