The denizens of Talk-Polywell have a demonstrated history of reporting almost any new development in competing fusion research projects.
Due primarily, I suspect, to the information blackout that the US Navy has decided to impose upon Polywell experimental data (we wait... and wait... and wait... ).
EPS has updated their website and are now asking for Venture Capital funds:
Capital Requirements: EPS is seeking $2 million as a first round of investment to complete the development of a demonstration unit in eighteen months. A second investment of $8 million will be needed to complete a prototype unit in eighteen months after the demonstration unit.
The more the merrier. Funding level request very similar to Polywell.
This is probably the worst website of any of these new energy startups.
What fuel will they be using? I am not sure that it will be easy to license a neutron producing device for home use...
