An inspector from the Florida Bureau of Radiation Control, Jim Stokes, met with Rossi in Rossi's Miami apartment on Feb. 29, 2012. Here is the concluding text from his report that is included in the aforementioned collection, along with official insignia:
"I spoke with [Mr.] Rossi concerning the construction and operation of his E-Cat device. He stated...
"Currently all production, distribution and use of these devices is overseas."

You seem insistant on finding a lie.
They had some production of parts in the states.
They shipped all the pieces overseas to be fueled, wired, and controlled. CURRENTLY all production is overseas.
They are building a factory to produce the "home units" (IIRTC) in Florida and plan to start building once the UL listing is achieved.

Again, where is the lie?
You seem insistent that any parts were manufactured in Florida. Once again, feel free to contact the State of Florida's business bureau. Andrea Rossi does not own or operate any factory or factories in Florida. His claims both previously and presently have said HAS not will have. He's even been asked to confirm this since that time and has said they have factories here post-investigation. I don't understand why this is a hard concept. He doesn't own any factories in Florida.

Again, you seem incapable of accepting that "my sub-contracted factory", or "the factory that does work for me under contract" might be refered to as "my factory" in casual conversation. There is no statement, AFAIK, that states that he has owns directly under his name, an operating factory in Florida. He did imply that he was in the process of setting one up for FUTURE work.
If you INSIST that "verbal shorthand" is A LIE, then maybe he lied. But MOST people understand the lack of extreme precision related to verbal shorthand and let things slide.
If you wish to determine "a lie", ask HIM specifically, and without potential for obfusation, whether he has EVER owned a factory in Florida under his name or any of his companies names (and if so, which company), and WHEN. Maybe you can get an answer that is sufficiently unequivocal for you.

Dear Dr. Rossi,
You may think i’m turning into a Nightmer, but i have another couple of questions that my curiosity drives me to ask you:
1) Yesterday you stated that Leonardo Corporation will take care of manufacturing the e-cats for the new US customer, so what will the Ampenergo role be in this contract and also in future contracts?
1) Also, it looks like (from informations gathered from the Internet, not personally verified) that Leonardo Corporation physical adresses don’t mach any facility suitable for industrial producrtion of complex devices like the e-cat, not to mention a 1MV plant. May you clarify on this matter?
I’m clearly not asking you to tell us where you are manifacturing your devices, i just wanted you to ensure us that you actually have a factory somewhere, and that you are not making the e-cats in an appartment or something like that because that would be quite hard to believe.
I sincerly hope my questions did not upset you, i have a great hope for your thecnology and it is this hope that makes me seek for answers to my doubts.
Warm Regards,
ac.

Dear Alessandro Casali:
1- Ampenergo is a our commercial organization
2- Our factory in Miami is not available for visits, therefore I maintain covered the address.
Warm regards,
A.R.
Quoted again for Kiteman, because the question was directly asked to Rossi whether he had a factory, not Joe Bob's Plumbing and Sons.

Yes, I was able to read it the first time you shouted it at me.
Again, verbal shorthand. The question was not "do you personally own" but do you "have" and a sub-contracted" factory can result in "yes I "have" a factory". It may not be my personal property, but I have one making my stuff.

To appease your curiousity, I have now have a question into his blog about ownership. If/when he confirms my statement, will you kindly redact your previous inane comments and accept it? Like-wise I will if the outcome isn't to my speculation.

If he comes back with a yes, I own a factory in Florida, are you sure your questions included a "when" the ownership existed? Also, did you request a specification of the NAME under shich the factory is owned?
He does seem proficient at answering the "unspecific" question in a way that is open to interpretation. But then, so does everyone else!
By the way, do you personally OWN the question on the blog or did you just use the blog to post a public question? Do you "have" it or do you "own" it?
It's times like these when I wish I could reach through the internet to slap the inane out of you. I'll let you know if/when he answers with a link to his specific blog post.

I can't say I'm terribly surprised by the answer. I think he knows people are not just being curious, but also trying to test his consistency. I guess the question is what the State of Florida would think about his various statements.
Temperature, density, confinement time: pick any two.
Yes, it is true Virginia, there could be a Santa Claus. It is also true that an Airplane could fall on your head any moment. And, while we are talking about it, it is true that Rossi might not be a liar.
None of these things are worth betting on to be.
Kite, please stop with the "inane" word games. You must really be bored to fish like that. Congrats, you hooked him. Nice trolling rig, well mounted bait, etc, etc, yada yada.

Et tu Brute? When someone on this board states categorically that a man is a liar it is ok, but when he is asked to show the lie, it is "inane"? Seems it was his categorical statement that was without content, empty, i.e., "inane". Sorry if pointed that out upsets him.
