Difficult to say. The website I linked to gives its release date as 1956. If you click on the album image, you can see in the liner notes where it says "Recorded May, 1956, in New York City", but I am not yet aware of any documentary evidence that the album was released in 1956. [Never mind. Just saw bcglorf's post.]

That the pictures were likely taken no earlier than December, 1960.
Temperature, density, confinement time: pick any two.
But the album was actually recorded and released in 1956...
The Music was recorded in 1956, but this website (and at least one other.) says it was released January of 1960. Do you have a link to a website that claims the LP was released earlier?
The last is probably the final note needed, a September 1st, 1956 paper discussing the album. Just google Cuban Fire! - Capitol #731, Capitol records probably has a definitive release date for record #731 if you don't consider the paper reliable.
After checking further (following your suggestions), it appears that it WAS released in 1956. Now I wonder why those other #@#$%#@#@ websites said it was 1960? Well, that makes the date of the photographs a bit more murky, and so it will have to rely more heavily on what I haven't shown you to place it back in 1960.

Yes, exactly.

Obama or his parents are in the uncropped photo, if his mother is shown holding a baby it could be anyone's baby, including B. O. The age of the album could be 1 week post release to decades post release.
Now if B. O was born in 1955 and this photo showed him him or his pregnant mother, then there could be some speculation if he lied about his age or if has a older sibling, etc. But, even then, it would say nothing about his place of birth.
Or, alternately this could end up being a photoshop manipulation. I have seen one clumsy photoshoped (very obvious that B. O. was cropped out) image of him and his maternal grandparents presented by a birther blogger as 'proof' that Obama was not an American.
[EDIT] Having read in another thread that this picture may have been the reason that his birther position was abandoned, still seams weak. If there was a conspiracy to plant false birth cirtificate, newspaper articles, family and school photes, etc. There could be planted period objects that might be in a photo designed to provide a false reality. Perhaps it was the volume of improbably false data that overwhelmed the increasingly desperate and improbable conspiracy arguements.

Never alleged a Conspiracy. You have me mixed up with someone else. My position has always been that I didn't know what the truth was because I had seen nothing conclusive.

Do Muslums celebrate Christmas? It is an unanswerable question. Do Jews celebrate Christmas? Do athirst celebrate Christmas? It is often more of a cultural issue than religous.
For that matter, irregardless of the religion of the individual, they may be visiting the site depicted in the photo. Is it the house of B.O's maternal grandparents? Without these details the photos are open to very wide interpretation.

How about I rephrase the question. Do Muslims put up Christmas trees and Christmas Decorations in their homes? (or would they have done so in 1960?)

Wait a minute. Are you saying that not only was Obama not born in Kenya, he isn't even a Muslim?

I have no reason to believe he was born in Kenya, and I do not know if he is a Muslim or not. Given the things he's said and the way he behaves (Releases an official statement on every Muslim Holy day, but ignores Easter) I can understand why people might think he is a Muslim. His religious disposition isn't relevant to the point of this thread.
Barack Sr. is the Muslim to which I am referring. It is my suggestion that he would be unlikely to have a Christmas Tree and Christmas decorations in his Apartment.

So you are saying this photo is unlikely to be one of Barrack Sr.'s apartment around christmas in the lat 50's to early 60's?
That tells me nothing since I had no reason to think it was before anyways. Nor would I find it particularly weird that a Muslim with a new kid would have a christmas tree if living in America. Not that I'd expect it, but it wouldn't be unexpected enough to change my world view or anything either.

Stanley Ann Left for Seattle in August of 1961. By the time she came back to Hawaii in 1962, Barack Sr. had left to go to Harvard. When would they have spent a Christmas together?
