I totally agree. Decriminalization of drugs would not be all plain-sailing, but in the balance, it would be a great benefit to society. In theory there is no difference between theory and practice, but in practice there is.
Portugal's experience is that legalization generally reduces use rates. i.e. prohibition makes EVERYTHING worse. More users + more crime.BenTC wrote:I totally agree.
