Hey, now that WB8 is almost delivered, do you think they'd sell the WB7 for "scrap"?

You had me going!

It'll probably go into the EMC2 lobby with the rest of the series, presuming it is not radioactive (I doubt it is).

I do have about a 1-ft long piece of the conductor for WB-4, but as it was not the correct design, I think I'll just hang on to it as a souvenir.

If they did sell it for "scrap", what do you think they should ask for it? I'm coming into a wad o cash soon, I may be interested, if the price is right.

If they wait a few years, The Smithsonian will pay top dollar for it. I hope.

I would buy the pieces of WB-6, if they're selling.
n*kBolt*Te = B**2/(2*mu0) and B^.25 loss scaling? Or not so much? Hopefully we'll know soon...

I'd rather a university get it and use it and publish the data. Dr. N. had been talking about doing that. Here is a chance to sell at least one unit.
