They are not very far along. They get a yes/no decision right 95% of the time based on a statistical study of the signal.

I'm pretty sure it would be implemented for computer interface before it gets implemented in secret chip implantations while you get vaccinated or on park benches so they can see how much you hate the idea of people working together. The video game industry's been going a little bat shit on one up man ship lately.
