Is that the correct url? BTW solar makes no sense without subsidy or in places too far north or too cloudy.

So you need 3 things.

1. Theft from the other taxpayers
2. As far south as you can get
3. Very few clouds

And one other thing - an electricity supply that doesn't depend on the sun. For when the sun don't shine.

Other than those caveats solar makes perfect sense.

Builditsolar.com. on a large scale of course. Solar does not fit the bill but on small scale custom. Works fine. I am on my phone so excuse the poor typing. There are two major problems with large scale solar. the first is storage and the second is that most applications have to be custom built to their environment. I had a guy tell me about thermal who was in the biz. He said it was not profitable without subsidy. What that tells me is that even if the profit is zero the utility is marginal.

Maybe he is doing it wrong, all my projects have ROI under three years {return on investment}
remember small scale (individual user) and large scale (multiple user) are two different animal. SOOO basically they have all paid for themselves already.
