AR5 is a project of a UN department, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, or IPCC. All of the science was long established before it was reported in AR5. No science was or could be "modified" by AR5 since the science it reports was all published in peer reviewed journals before it appeared in AR5.

We need a directorate of science, and we need it to be voted on only by scientists. You don't get to vote on reality. Get over it. Elected officials that deny the findings of the Science Directorate are subject to immediate impeachment for incompetence.
