"What was that OK City bomber's religion?"
Glad you brought it up. With respect to his motivations, McVey wasn't Christian. It simply had nothing to do with his bombing, which was purely political. He even volunteered credibly that if he'd known there was a daycare facility in the building, he'd have picked a different target. It is also not true he was affiliated with any militia group, he was thrown out of every group he ever tried to attend.
I can think of exactly one genuinely domestic terrorist motivated by anything that could be called Christianity, and that would be Eric Rudolph in the Olympic bombing. If you want to throw in the killer of the abortion surgeon by firearm around ten years or so ago, go ahead--since that murderer was doing the same sort of thing Gosnell was, I approve of his being killed, personally. Anything else is accepting, "I was just following orders.", as an excuse for murdering the innocent. We've got our own valve-turners in this country, called Planned Parenthood, and we are all more or less there enablers for not effectively opposing them.
So that's one effective bombing and one killing by firearm in living memory, one of those arguably quite justified...
..quite a vast trend, isn't it?
Compare and contrast to the Black Panther/WeatherUnderground types, and the Jihadists. If you don't see a stark contrast, I think you are trying hard not to see it.

Re: Bad Science
Well actually you have the woman involved starting the process. The valve turners are secondary. Women who want abortions are the central "criminals". I'm surprised that the shooting of women who have had abortions hasn't started.TDPerk wrote:"What was that OK City bomber's religion?"

If we started jailing women for abortions and suspicious miscarriages... Well it would certainly take up the slack considering that drug prohibition is ending. The drug police would come in quite handy in policing pills that produce abortion. And then there are plants....
And of course you have the costs that come with unwanted children.
I approve of women who don't want children not having them.

Re: Bad Science
If you'd admit you are in favor of having beasts like Gosnell murder babies when their mommies don't want them, at least you wouldn't be being mealy mouthed about it.MSimon wrote:I approve of women who don't want children not having them.
'Cause that's all abortion is until babies are treated like the people they are well before birth.

The Inquisition was the worst. My recollection is that during a three hundred year period , something like 65,000 people were killed.
Stalin managed to do 20 million in a couple of decades. He was an Atheist. Mao managed to do 60 million also in a couple of decades. He too was an Atheist. Hilter managed to kill something like 20 million in half a decade. He was an anti-christian paganist nut-job. Pol pot managed something like 3 million or so in a few years.
Let's see, Inquisition about 216 people per year. Average Socialist? Something like 1,000,000 per year.
Yeah, those religious nuts are really bad!
