Nice exercise drill for the military. Costs money though.
Counting the days to commercial fusion. It is not that long now.

N. Korea should be paying more attention to it's Chinese border and less on the South. China doesn't want a unified peninsula and the South doesn't want to spend the next two generations fixing a collapsed Northern economy.
