Was this all Kabuki shadow-play?

Just askin'.

Speculation is invited.
We need a directorate of science, and we need it to be voted on only by scientists. You don't get to vote on reality. Get over it. Elected officials that deny the findings of the Science Directorate are subject to immediate impeachment for incompetence.

I tend to follow Bill Still's youtube videos, he has an interesting take on it, amoung other things there was absolutely no way default would happen. Only if the intention was to very deliberately collapse the entire financial system would it happen.

I don't have any expectation that the government has any control over these individuals other than to start arresting them. Nothing else seems to be doing it.
