Imagine if they invested the same amount of money and resources into intelligence to actually know about and prevent such things from happening at a much earlier stage...
People would not have to be bothered on trains and airports and the actual people behind these things (not the low ranking idiots blowing themselves up) could be cought.

I had a friend visit me by bus. He said that agents came on the bus and patted down his bags from the outside at several stops.
He suspects they were looking for guns or drugs. The Fourth Amendment is now history.
I remember in my childhood watching WW2 movies with Nazis acting this way. I was outraged of course. But we now have a population applauding this sort of thing.
The right assumes they are looking for drugs and says: great!
The left assumes they are looking for guns and says: great!

We truly have the government we deserve. The people are divided. Can conquered be far off?
