Expanding forums for off topic discussion

Setting up a poll for this--I think there should be some new forums for some of the topics we discuss which don't fit with polywell--spaceflight, physics like the Mach-Lorentz thruster, etc. Be nice to have more than just the catch all "general" forum.

Science and everything else (current GD). Or politics and everything else (current general).
