So is that positive or neutral WRT EESTOR's hypothesized energy storage units?
Its positive for EESTOR because now ZENN needs to decide if they are going to invest more money in the EESTOR company. (A result of EESTOR having met the third milestone in their agreement with ZENN.) And positive for we who watch, because the fourth and final EESTOR milestone is a production energy storage unit. In other words, it's time for EESTOR to S**t or get off the P** ! (Pardon the bad language, but it really is time.)

It looks like ZENN is convinced and is going to pony up some more money. ZENN expects to receive production units late this year.

But Zenn's conviction is not based on having seen or tested even a slab of dielectric with the claimed 100X normal best energy density. Their 'milestone' which was meant to verify the technology was permittivity testing at low voltage.
So don't hold your breath! And compared with Polywell - where the science is open and transparent to all, and no-one has claimes to know it will work - eestor release zero information to back up their claims which are very scientifically implausible!
