I haven't seen them before, but to save others the time of watching, they are videos of an oral presentation. The speaker (unseen) puts up a series of powerpoint slides and discusses Polywell. Roughly lower-division undergrad or high-school level, with some gaffes. Polywell is described and analyzed to a degree, and the speaker discusses the problems that most here are familiar with.

It does indicate that there's interest and discussion out there.
