Yeah I see that now. They should have capped the rocket to nowhere, the fracking Senate Launch System, defense contractor pork crap rocket instead.
But of course they would never do that, because defense spending can never be too wasteful and can be sold to the public as civilian cost. Just makes it clear that the defense spending in the US is much higher than just the DOD expenses.
