DNC throws the first real punch at sanders

The Democratic National Committee has suspended Sen. Bernie Sanders' presidential campaign's access to the DNC voter database after the campaign allegedly took advantage of a software error to access Hillary Clinton's confidential voter information.
Briggs, the Sanders spokesman, said this isn't the first time the firewall has failed.
"Our campaign months ago alerted the DNC to the fact that campaign data was being made available to other campaigns. At that time our campaign did not run to the media, relying instead on assurances from the vendor," he said.

At that time I think the Hillary campaign did not view Sanders as a threat.

I sorta think they are using this as an excuse to torpedo Sanders. Unless his campaign employee copied all that information, how much can he do from looking at some names and addresses?

The Sanders campaign couldn't have gained much from this glitch, and now they seemingly seek to punish him out of all proportion to the actual offense.

I take this to mean that the party apparatus has selected Hillary, and don't really want Sanders messing up their plans.

Tempest in a tea-cup. Whether it be Trump or Cruz, they are going to drop a house on her.

Most Like as sanders reported a breach on him in October and nobody did anything. I guess the issue is someone viewed the 50-100 list. This is a list of contributors that will most likely vote for you if you get them to contribute to the DNC.
Once again all about money

MSNBC’s Brzezinski: Trump Would Beat Hillary

MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski predicted that Donald Trump would be able to defeat Hillary Clinton in the general election because “he will do things that none of those candidates will do.”

I don't think it is a "football game" far from it, nations rise and fall based on the outcome of elections. That is the morale justification for fighting with dirty politics, that the stakes are sufficiently high that one can't afford to be a nice effete aristocratic drawing room gentlemen like your Romney thought he was.

Well Trump whether you like him or not is not a "gentleman" politician; he will fight like a SOB, mop up the floor with Hillary. Unless your parties' bosses figure out some kind of way to steal the nomination from him at the Republican Convention (after he win the primaries handily).

Saw that. Trump is making significant inroads in Minority and Blue Collar Union votes, and that cuts right in to the Democrat voter base.

And nobody has even yet opened up on all the Hillary scandals. There is a mountain of ammunition which has yet to be unleashed on that nasty old harridan.

One of the things I like about him. I'm tired of the pansy @$$ establishment types who don't want to be "mean." I'm sick of the George HW Bushs, the Doles, the Romneys, and the McCains who won't put up a fight.

Trump not only knows he's in a fight, he knows how to fight.

I am not a big Trump Fan. The only three I even have on my list is Cruz, Carson, and then Trump.

But I can live with Trump. If Jeb somehow manages to get the nomination, i'm voting for Hillary.

Oh, and it is becoming increasingly less my party year after year. In 2014, I urged everyone to vote for the Democrat in the Mississippi and Kentucky Senate races. Those two GOP bastards (McConnell and Cochran) need to go.

I would have to invert your list somewhat; I would vote for Trump 1st then Cruz, not that impressed with Carson. The Pyramids were built/used by the biblical Joseph to store grain?! (maybe its just bad main stream media coverage). I have voted democrat in every presidential election (accepting 2012 when I voted Gary Johnson/Libertarian); but I am digging Trump more and more. I believe him to be a straight talking, tell it like it is/doesn't particularly care who he offends type who knows how to get things done. I have grown to loath Hillary, if she gets elected expect unleashed full-blown feminists leftist misandry, gun control, climate change legislature; male bashing extrodinaire with lots of media apologists enabling her. Far as I am concerned I hope the Trump machine unloads on that "nasty old harridan". The way it looks to me now, if he (Trump) get the nomination I would likely find myself voting Republican for President for the 1st time in my life. And I agree he will likely pull more minority vote (especially IMHO minority males) than is typical for Republican presidential candidates; I have heard figures like 25% bandied about but we will see.

I could probably vote for Cruz (though I like him less than Trump) but between Jeb & Hillary, don't know; might vote Libertarian again. My question is who do I vote for in my Democratic primary? Since I don't like Hillary and think Bernie Saunders is a disconnected from reality leftist socialist kook who has no chance at winning anyway. Too bad as a registered dem I don't believe I can vote in your primaries; would luv to get to vote for Trump twice.

Saw an article claiming it might be as high as 40%. Even if it's 25%, it's game over. No Democrat can win with that big of a loss of a very important constituency.

Trump is a lock if he wins the Republican nomination. Cruz is not so certain, but even then I think if people get more familiar with Hillary, pretty much anyone will end up winning against her. I think this is why there are so many candidates in the Republican primary. Everyone thinks this next election is a lock for anyone who isn't Hillary.

I think it depends on the laws of your state. Some states allow crossover voting. This was the basis of "Operation Chaos" staged back in 2008 to get Hillary nominated in the Democrat primary. The idea was that Hillary would have been far easier to defeat than Barack Obama. Everyone knew that Hollywood and the Media would come out of the wood work to support the "Historic first" candidacy. But for Hillary? Meh. Not so much. Maybe a little, but nothing like what they were willing to do to put Barack over the top.

Yup. People who keep up with this stuff know that the "Party of the Rich" is Democrat. The vast majority of the billionaires in this country are Urban, Liberal, Democrats, but this current crop of GOPe (the "e" stands for "Establishment") types are doing everything they can to pander to the rich liberal donors that normally prefer Democrats.

All this "Amnesty" crap for illegal aliens is an example of it.

I can not help to think Trump might be a setup. I remember 2005 He was invited and attended trumps wedding.

When scandal engulfed Mr. Clinton’s White House, Mr. Trump leapt to the president’s defense. “He’s probably got the toughest skin I’ve ever seen, and I think he’s a terrific guy,” Mr. Trump told CNN.
