Jeb, the New and Improved Bush, Honest...

Post by mvanwink5 »

Says he is is own man, what in the world does that mean? Rides in on his Saudi and his Daddy's and older brother's crony financial backer cash and contacts... 'Shock-n-Awe' campaign money. Take the reverse of his brother's message of compassionate conservative, which is conservative with compassion and you can see the reality of what 'his own man' is. 'Consistent leader' what does that mean? More of the same Bush legacy.

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!

So, Amerika has been at war or at proxy war for 15 years, trillions thrown away, with no end in sight. Take that hill, only to leave it once taken with blood. World utopian socialism is being chased by kick the debt can down the road one more time.... again, and again. Hey, it's worked so far, no reason to believe that can't continue... well, forever, right?

So, once again, 'Change we can believe in,' but just another Bush (his own man), and the promise of more war or proxy war, and the promise of more kick the debt can down the road.

Ya, just gotta learn to love State Propaganda, and believe in it. It's magic.

Well I thought he was the smart Bush not necessarily the most honest, ethical one. But if I had to guess I would say that the majority of the posters here will nonetheless end up voting for him if he gets the Republican nomination for prez in 2016 either way.

Yes, well, I can't speak for others, but read my Prog lips, I swore I would never vote for another Bush. I would rather vote for Hillary, or her esteemed Ivy League twin Alfred E. Marx Neumann (separated at birth).

Jeb Bush can go to H3LL.

But he's getting most of his ideas from nearly two dozen people, most of whom previously worked for George H. W. Bush and George W. Bush.
Pure Prog, more of the same.

I've heard people from a great many countries speak highly of Rand Paul, any chance he could run?

He is my pick, but the Bush, etc. operatives have been hard at work on him as they did his father. Breitbart Neocons don't like him as he is not a fire breathing 'strongman' ready to fight all battles and spend trillions that we don't have to police the world in our own progressive image (while socialist Europe sits back and snipes).

Don't like unrepentant drug warrior Jeb Bush either; wouldn't want him in the white house with a Republican Congress. Would probably go with Hillary; don't like her views on gun Control or global warming for instance; but with a solidly republican congress she would probably be tolerable. Gridlock sometimes at the federal level is good; especially with divided government. The worst impulses of both parties held in check by the other, we might even get balanced budgets (or surpluses) like under Bill Clinton.

He is running. But he has a gauntlet of Progressive Prohibitionist Republicans to get through in the primaries. I like him. But I wouldn't give him good odds of getting the nomination.
