Like ITER, my idea is certainly possible! Instead of using a gigantic aircraft carrier sized building full of intense scientific instruments and gyrotron do dads, considerable cost savings can be attained by powering a steam turbine using orignal Picasso paintings as fuel. Yes the fuel would be kind of expensive however the emissions are pretty good and not only that, but it doesn't take a giant technological monster to make it work. By burning up Picasso we can finally attain true energy freedom!
