Josie Outlaw - Would You?

She discusses how far police will go in following orders. What orders will you obey?

Will you arrest people dancing at the Jefferson Memorial? Stop and frisk without probable cause? Yeah. I know. The Supremes say reasonable suspicion is enough. And what is suspicious? Well following the traffic rules to exactly. Han Solo knew the drill: "Fly casual. But not too casual."

"I don't make the law. I just enforce it." she says is equivalent to "I was just following orders."

Oh. Yeah. She is cute - with curves.

If there is one advance in political science since the revolution of 1775, it is the asymptotic object lesson the Germans provided in the fact that government, majoritarian or elected or not, can not create legitimacy in a human acting in any fashion.

The people hired by election, appointment, or for that matter .gov HR, these people can do nothing legitimately as employees of government they could not also legitimately do as individuals.

Government cannot create legitimacy.
