1.2 billion on the taxpayers dime. 22% capacity factor. 250 megawatts. I think that somebody did a number and CA's taxpayers will end up with the bill.

There's no cost breakdown unless you include the carbon offset and the carbon cost.

When it comes to THEIR money - as we're seeing with Obamacare - suddenly the 'limitless spending' in pursuit of their goals gets re-examined.
