The constant fear of the whiners is that someone is getting over no matter how many real charity cases they screw stopping it. And this has been true for thousands of years.

The 13 loser states that have no healthcare exchanges, don't have them because they're full of teapartiers who wouldn't pay. Now it's Obama's fault they're cheap.
