I've been saying for a long time, the only way the FedGov is going to be able to pay it's bills is if a large chunk of the people who are owed the money simply won't need it anymore.

The Spammer is perfectly welcome to go after the ultra rich denizens of California, most of whom voted for the One anyway. That is if he could manage to even obtain a rifle in his state. Oh no. I'll be headed for the Koch brothers first of all, then the Waltons. I think they're Midwest. If I survive that then we'll see. I'm not really concerned with the other half of the ultra rich; they're paying their way.
