Well there are several issues here. First is, most states have laws forbidding PETA folk from harassing hunters involved in lawful activity and these craft are loud--far too loud to allow the hunters to hunt. On these grounds alone the courts need to rule this harassment.
Second is, hunters have a right to the expectation of privacy when in the wilderness. Spying on them is a violation of that civil right.
Third is the drones only have a half hour flight time, so there's little chance of actually viewing the suspected activity they're after.
And of course there's nothing to say a hunter can't just shoot them out of the sky if he likes. I now I would.

Bah, I have hunted, butchered, and eaten licensed deer, and brought the trophy and carcass out of the forest. Frankly I like a six-inch cut out of the loin of a corn-fed steer, but the game is a nice change as long as it's not too common. Poppy seeds are mandatory in the gravy for game, I find.
Boar is another matter; I have stopped a wounded boar with a Desert Eagle. People talk about courage, but I was more worried about my horse's legs than my own. Afterward was another matter, but I think people who worry about courage miss the point. You'll have what nature has to give you when you need it.
