The Egyptians Are Registering Constitutional Voters

The registration of voters for the upcoming Constitutional referendum has begun in Egypt.
Egypt is about to become one of the few true democracies in the Middle East.
Obama needs to slow-walk the aid cutoff; maybe an aid slowdown instead.
The election supervisors are trying to get it done by the end of November; this looks likely. Plenty of time is being given for Egyptian expats to register; this was one of the big problems with the Muslim Brotherhood, they sprang the vote on everyone to try to keep their "enemies" from registering. This proceeding is far more methodical, and there is so far no question of its fairness. The Constitutional Convention has done its work; there is a Constitution. By all reports a pretty good one. Next step is to all agree to it, and then after that you elect a government based on it.
I wish Egypt and the Egyptians every bit of luck they can use in this endeavor.
