Of course people who continually cite bad sources, well I don't think that they can be considered in any way other than fakers themselves. I don't think it matters if they continually repeat the lies due to ignorance or belief or because they want to spread the lies, they are still spreading the lie. When told the the truth, with documetnation and they claim that YOU are lying they become the worst sort of person possible.



Here's an example. of There was scary chart has been making the rounds claiming to be the spread of radioactive water from Fukushima. I had my doubts, mostly because the patterns were not following currents and I could think of no way of actually measuring such a small quantity of radioactive material. Turns out I was right to be skeptical:

I think that when you outright lie to advocate your cause maybe you need to realize that at some point people are going to realize what kind of lowlife you are.

This is how the climate cranks always roll; they keep repeating the same lies over and over figuring since they've told fifteen or twenty other ones since you'll forget the older ones so they can keep denying forever.

There was a time where if you had a magazine or newsletter you could hide behind the amount of effort it took to expose you. Now when it's just seconds, that doesn't happen.

Of all the things I hate the netsquatters irritate me the most.

Just so everyone's aware that is not Popular Science; nor is it associated with it. It's another denier site masquerading as a major magazine. In this case it's even more heinous because the particular magazine in question just had to shut its comments down due to climate denier hackers.

So, you know, nobody in either Britain or the US or Canada says "liars never prosper." Native English speakers always say "cheaters never prosper." There are many other sayings about liars, but "liars never prosper" is not one of them. I don't know whether Australians know the aphorism; but I think it predates the colonization of that continent by the British, so I expect they do, and if not from than then from cultural transmission by literature.

I'm gonna guess you're an Israeli Russian Jewish immigrant. This is just the kind of mistake one would make and it's more in character, given the subject matter, than for say a Russian, or an Iranian or Syrian, or even a Pakistani.

It's always amusing to be involved in a discussion with a bunch of supposedly super-hyper patriotic amurcnz and one of them turns out to be a foreigner. And yes it's typical. I remember catching a Pakistani, a Russian, and a Chinese Army hacker on the same thread on Foreign Policy magazine at the same time. None of them knew about the others. It was delicious. I laughed every time I thought about it for a week. Still do sometimes. When I left the Russian and the Chinese were ganging up on the Pakistani.
