Read one report there was a shooting drill there not too long ago.

The police say they have no idea of motive yet, and haven't even caught what appears 2 of the 3 gunmen; so how did they rule out terrorism? They're all in military garb, on a military base, shooting military people, but they're SURE it's not a terrorist act.

I swear the gov really does believe we're all sheep.

sounds more like someone going postal instead of terrorism.
but he supposedly made an effort to bypass security by using a borrowed card.
