This is one of those things that is sad no mater how you look at it, a judge overruled a doctor about giving this girl a lung transplant because the doctors said it would most likely fail. Now two other people will most likely die because of this choice. Sometime we have to make hard choices even if it means that a ten year girl old will die. The bottom line is this is what happens when we let legislation determine medical care instead of doctors.
