“This was an egregious overreach, and there was no basis for the search,” Pilate said. “These are highly educated and very patriotic people. They feel very strongly about it.”

Well that is nothing. I have heard the avocados are marching. Do you have any idea of how many divisions they can put in the field? Resistance is futile.

Yes, Dept. of Agriculture wanted a more aggressive tasting tomato, unfortuneately the word tasting got left out off the research request, SWAT had to be called in to deal with it.

You know, if people want these things to stop, SWATing family members of public officials or predominant members of society would be an interesting tactic. Get enough of it happening and something will change.

You'd think ex-CIA people would definitely be the wrong people to be swatting with.

Especially since they say you're never really "ex".

Me think s there is more to this than meets the eye.

If they can SWAT a judge they can SWAT 'ex'-CIA. Just government gangs going amok, the prime reason for 2nd amendment.
