When I started looking up incidence of Marijuana usage amongst known serial killers I discovered it to be rather ubiquitous. I recently ran across an article that notes a similar characteristic regarding various nut-jobs that go off their rocker and commit mass shootings.


They all tend to be left leaning and Democrat. Some examples.






Nidal Malik Hasan ~ Ft Hood ~ Registered Democrat

Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold ~ Columbine shooters ~ Too young to vote; both families were registered Democrats and Progressive Liberals.

Seung-Hui Cho ~ Virginia Tech shooter ~ wrote hate mail to President Bush and to his staff ~ registered Democrat

Jared Loughner ~ Congresswoman Gabby Giffords’ shooter ~ Leftist, registered Democrat.

James Eagan Holmes ~ Colorado Theater shooter ~ Registered Democrat; staff worker on the Obama campaign; Occupy Wall Street participant; Progressive Liberal

Adam Lanza ~ Connecticut School Shooter ~ mother Nancy Lanza, a registered Democrat, raised him to hate Christians.

Christopher Dorner ~ former Los Angeles officer / reserve Navy officer suspected of killing a couple over the weekend and opening fire on four officers early Thursday, killing one and critically wounding another ~ fired from the Los Angeles Police Department in 2008 for making false statements, a huge Obama supporter, admirer of Piers Morgan and Anderson Cooper and incredibly, pro-gun control.

John Patrick Bedell, the man who went on a shooting spree outside the Pentagon, was a Bush-hating, pot smoking, registered democrat.

Excellent. An excellent advertisement for the Republican Party.

Simon, this is simple. When you are on a swing, you have to swing down to swing back up again. Things have to get worse before they get better.

Simon, this is simple. When you are on a swing, you have to swing down to swing back up again. Things have to get worse before they get better.

Well yes. That is why I thought long and hard about my plan to crash the Rs. Right now they are the easiest target. They seem to be less capable of rational thought than the Ds. They - like you - operate on reflex. Immune to evidence. But it will be a race.



I believe if I crash the Rs the Ds will have no trouble crashing themselves.

I am heartened that so many on the left found a way to "understand" Dorner. More to the point- they have been under the boot for a very long time. There is hope for them yet.

What I'm seeing is that the left wants their "free" stuff but the right wants to be ruled. "Law and order". Not universal. But those are the trends. My contention is that moral socialism works no better than economic socialism. For the same reasons. It was the understanding of the founders that morality had to begin with the population. I agree. Republicans fail because they believe it can be done top down.

No Simon. Just because people don't bow to the god of legalized drugs, does not make them irrational. In fact, just the opposite.

Again with the equating a ban on dangerous narcotics to being ruled! To hear you tell it, we must bow down to every traffic sign. God forbid that we should actually have to keep the children out of the poison cabinet!

Republicans believe no such nonsense. You really ought to learn more about groups to which you are referring. Democrats pretty much move in lock step according to diktats from their chain of command, Republicans tend to be pretty doggone independent and unwilling to follow a leader just because people say they should.
