This is the biggest mistake that NASA has made since the X33 desaster! This is horrible news for anyone who care about human spaceflight! How can they do that? Of course they dont dare to touch the senates favorite pork jobs programme, the SLS! I am so angry, I cant find words!

The sequestration budget amounts are being compared with the President's 2013 Budget Request, which doubles Commercial Crew and cuts SLS/Orion. Of course it looks uneven.

And SLS/Orion does take an additional hit in the ground infrastructure department, which will hurt. The year-over-year cut to CC is relatively tiny, only $17.9M.

I would completely cancel SLS. It is a stupid pointless jobs programme, nothing more. Instead get the funding into commercial crew.
