yep. brilliant idea i think. aka chrismb doesn't seem to think however it will be much good (as it is) for fusion. i think he is just being modest. been meaning to engage him in discussion over at fusor.net.

I actually discussed a rotating electric field here abouts some years ago. Nice to see that chris has done the real work.
