My involvement is with the design of the next WB device (WB-7). The WB stands for Wiffle Ball, which is a representation of the shape of the magnetic fields during peak operation. I have been doing the CAD model and some engineering with heat transfer and stress analysis. I have thoroughly enjoyed this project and I hope that the government will fund the next phase of the project based on our research here at UW. If you are interested in more info, first watch the video, and then send me your questions. I know the people who can get you the right answers.
