I haven't posted for a while but I wanted to post this and start a discussion about some things I have been thinking about the current people in power and disruptive technolgies which certainly includes polywell:

They seem related I think.

I will hold my nose and vote for Romney simply to buy time. I don't think that either Romner nor most of the Republican establishment has the mettle to deal with whats coming. They are from the same ivy covered snob factories, have drunk the same koolaid and have lived in the same elite bubble to really understand what they have done and what is coming. The Republican establishment will try to maintain the status quo of the regulated society until the inevitable end. Unfortunately Obama, his bosses, and the rest of the Democrats want to milk the system for everything they can steal, and then rip it apart and replace it with their totaltarian utopia.

Letting Obama win is the worst.

I am leaning that way, but not totally convinced. It really doesn't matter what I think though, I live in a State where I can afford to not vote this year.

I personally think that a certain segment of the party leadership skewed the primaries to guarantee Romney the nomination. They changed the rules in Virginia to disallow Perry or Gingrich access to the ballot, and as far as i'm concerned this was dirty pool. It is one thing if these candidates get rejected by the voters, and it is a completely different thing if you force them off the ballot with a dirty trick.

This is how Obama wins elections, and I had hoped that my (sort of) side was made of better stuff.

And that is a salient point. The people who have presided over some of the worst mistakes in the last 40 years need to be shown the door. I have long been an advocate for term limits, but barring that moving the rottenwood out through other means is the next best thing.

You know who got the rottenest deal? Gary Johnson. And now he is on the verge of being a spoiler.

We are starting to see significant defections over Prohibition.

Judge Gray is being mooted as his running mate.

I will say this - the lefties who are against Prohibition are VERY disappointed in Zero.

Check out this candidate guys, not my place to pick, just say'n.

Too bad you can't just vote AGAINST Obama. I think I will try it this year. I just can't stomach voting FOR Romney.

Too bad you can't just vote against them and get rid of them that way. I think I will try voting against my congress critter this year and see what happens. He needs to be GONE.

The culture that allows such candidates and nominees needs to be gone.
