The chip in question is quite a screamer. 90 billion instructions a second for 1 watt. 144 cores. If they are all idle 14 microwatts.

I've been contemplating some possible uses for it. I've only got one idea in mind at the moment, but I don't yet know if the architecture will make it suitable. The ram seems a bit small. Also it would be nice to see a pin-out. I just haven't located it yet on the company's website.
It can transfer 450 megabits per second, so that addresses one of my initial concerns. My application is a form of digital signal processing, and if the algorithms will fit into the available memory space, It might be able to do what I have in mind. Unfortunately this idea is way on my backburner for now, but eventually I hope to get to it. (Unless someone else does it first.)
I'll study it more when I get time. 18 bit instructions\data is different.

I found all of those documents. I didn't see a pin out in any of them though.

Let me know what you would like in the way of Doc and I'll pass it on. Personally I like black and white for Doc. But for now they seem to be more into catching eyes. Not bad for a start. But not exactly engineering style.
They are shipping me one of their full up boards so I'll know more in a few days.
In about a month I should be more expert about both the chip and the software so I should be able to help with that. But ask me anything along the way and I'll see what I can do to help.

That was what I was looking for. Thanks.
