Good day.

Me very interested in the principle of MLT thruster.
And generally capture the momentum by dielectric and EM field.
So I have a query on what principle these devices work?.
Why is there AC EM field?
And it cannot be replaced with a ferrite dielectric material?

BTW
Can someone send me a good type of literature?

Thank you.

The hypothesis, as I understand it, is that inertial mass is not simply E/C^2, as described in relativity theory, but has terms for the first and second derivatives of energy with time. Experiments to support the hypothesis have difficulty isolating signal from noise, and the hypothesis is not generally accepted by physicists.

addendum:
I see no reason, other than possibly energy density, that a superconducting inductor could not replace the capacitor as the "variable mass" energy storage element.
