Progress at the LHC

Message from the Director General:
With the boss saying that, I would speculate that we just might hear some news in the high energy physics arena next week.Increased luminosity means more collisions and more data for the experiments. Today we are already above an integrated luminosity of 200 nb-1. This puts the experiments in an excellent position to present important results in a new energy region at the major international conference, ICHEP 2010, which starts later next week.
