What SoCons want is for people to exercise self control, and have children in a committed family relationships. Failing that, people could at least take some D@mned precautions!

I say Fie on them! If you decide to walk down that road, you shouldn't be able to sacrifice someone else to get you off of it. If someone FORCED you down that road, well that's different.

It's in the taxpayer trying to barter his dough instead of reporting the taxable income so he can pay for this bit of social engineering.

The alternative is that they can take your blood in small monthly increments. Hard choices.

In any case I think it best to avoid black markets as much as possible. They create what is essentially a parallel government. Bad idea.

Quantity changes quality. How many hits are there a year? 5,000? Probably high. 100? Probably low.

Abortions? About 1,000,000 a year.
