Oh yes, The Club Of Rome Shows up again. I'm not sure how much this actually going have much impact. What these people don't understand is that the system will adapt around them up to a point. All their wealth and power don't matter in a planet with more than 6 billion people on it. But if they actually get close to achieving their goals, more than likely the system will destroy them.

The segments of the American oligarchy that favored Obama aren't any more in favor of the succession of American Sovereignty than are the segments that opposed him. It's silly theater to pretend otherwise.
They didn't succeed by opposing their own power.

Uh. Obama is a Europhile (with Muslim sympathies). Maybe the Euros want more power. Maurice Strong is definitely aligned with the Euros. And he is not a very nice guy.
It is not a matter of reducing power (although that will be the result) it is a matter of determining where decisions will be made. Brussels where the citizens of Europe have little power or Washington where the citizens of America are always interfering.
