What progressive eugenicists did here in the US:

This is scary stuff. I knew what the Progressives have said:

That they actually sterilized thousands of people here in the US, and we never heard about it. Who were they to judge free people. What made them better and the people they injured and killed worse?

Progressives are always trying to improve things by culling the herd.

I wonder if it is genetic?
