Do you truly not see that ecological friendly farming practices not being used have no reliance to legal or illegal. This is a choice the grower makes not dictated by law but morals.
Per example I refrain from using certain chemicals on my garden because I know that in the long run they cause more harm that good. But all of those chemicals are available for the homeowner to use. They know that this product is intended for human consumption but still use products that can harm.

When you make something illegal the first priority is evading the police. All other considerations are secondary. IN THE REAL WORLD. Now if it was legal the growers could tout "certified organically grown". But who is going certify an illegal crop?

It seems we have more proof that drugs rot the brain. Especially the brains of those who don't use them.

But I'm liking the current situation where the best argument you have is that "it's not ecological". Progress.

If you want ecological push for legal. It is your only hope.

Reality is a bitch. But facing it is the best we can do. Living in a fantasy world of ecological drug cartels is no way to live. But hell. If you like it I wouldn't take it from you. Reality will intervene soon enough. It already is.

How it works
From there, the program ensures growers have complied with state and local laws, conducts a review of how the plants are grown and completes a standard agricultural crop inspection. The program inspects everything from seed or clone selection, soil, nutrient, pesticides, mold treatment, dust control, the source of electricity used and harvesting and processing methods. Annual inspections are conducted at the growing operations.
Don't mess with a gardener about gardens. you will loose if you don't know your greens :D
