Deriving Tully-Fisher sounds impressive. Seems to avoid some MOND problems too. OTOH as he says there are a lot of things dark matter explains well.

n*kBolt*Te = B**2/(2*mu0) and B^.25 loss scaling? Or not so much? Hopefully we'll know soon...

This answers a couple of questions I've always had. One, why isn't gravity bipolar when everything else is? Two, if dark matter is so prevalent why can't we detect any right where we live?

The theory may work from a mathmatics perspective, but does it work observationally? Is it consistant with the best evidence found for dark matter?

When did Dark Matter (and Dark Energy for that matter (pun not intended)) stop being a place holder for the unknown difference between the theorized and the observed?
