Perpetual motion

Internationally far less famous than Lance Armstrong, French female cyclist Jeannie Longo has just won her 58th national title at the age of 52. This comes after 13 world championships, 38 world records and 7 appearances in the Olympics. The lady also holds an MBA and a doctorate.
An article, published in the NY Times under the title, "The Unretiring Jeannie Longo", already praised an exceptionally long career... in June 1992.

Good for her! Her Triumph encourages me for the time when I may reach her age.
